Modelling exercises

This article briefly summerizes exercises to be done by models to keep fit
Exercises for a cheeks (a) Motion: stand straight in front of the mirror, hold to something. Strech one leg backwards as much as joint lets you. Pelvis should remain stable. You shouldn't lean forward. We recommend to keep vertical body position. As the leg goes up the heel should be at the top. At the end of the motion try to strain the muscle of the cheek to the maximum. Then slowly back to the starting position and repeat. Exercises for a cheeks (b) Motion: stand straight in front of the mirror, hold to something. Strech one leg sideways as much as joint lets you. Pelvis should remain stable. You shouldn't lean to the other side. We recommend to keep vertical body position. As the leg goes up the heel (not the fingers) should be at the top. Then slowly back to the starting position and repeat Exercises for a rear part of thights Motion: stand straight, spread your legs a little, bend marrowbones a bit, hold a stick with lowered hands. Lean down. Try to keep your back straight. Lean until the stick will be 5 cm below the marrowbones. And get back to the starting position slowly. Try to hold the stick near the legs during all motion and bend pelvis as much as you can. Exercises for a front part of thights (a) Motion: stand straight in front of the mirror, hold dumbbells (or something alternate) with lowered and relaxed hands. squat down slowly until thights will be in horizontal position. slowly back to the starting position and strain the muscles of the cheeks. Exercises for a front part of thights (b) Motion: stand straight in front of the mirror, hold dumbbells (or something alternate) with lowered and relaxed hands. Put your leg back slowly (thight should be at 90°) Other leg should be in vertical position, (bended a little bit). Back to the starting position and do the same with the other leg Exercises for a inner part of thights Motion: stand straight in front of the mirror, point marrowbones and feets to the outside. Squat down slowly until thights will be in horizontal position.
