The best part of this note’s grade is the “EPQ” that was awarded by PMG. The sad thing about this is that such deceitful and unnatural tactics ruin a note’s originality forever. I am proud to say that this note has not fallen victim (yet) to these tactics, as evidenced by the “EPQ” on the holder.
